 Sponsor | thecatlady | Nov 13, 2005 3:24pm | | my beloved 5 month old kitten (t.t.) died a tragic death 2 nites ago.....he caught his head caugh under one of my recliner chairs. i thought i would die when he couldn't get him out and he was still alive. but when i finally got him out. he died in my arms....... any words of support or colselations would be appreciated as i am very depressed. |

| Lola4 | Aug 7, 2006 8:58am | | I don't know how much anyone can offer comfort when you've been through something like that. I caught my neighbor's kitten in the top of my garage door. It had jumped onto the opened door, probably was napping there, and I didn't know it. That was four months ago, and I am still traumatized. In this case the kitten miraculously survived, the neighbor moved, and I inherited her as my fourth cat. But I still have flashes everytime I close the garage door. I have had to have two cats euthanized, and it is the hardest thing I've ever done. Believe me I've had a pretty horrible life, but losing them was the definite pits of despair. You can try reading "Rainbow Bridge," but I find that just makes me cry. All I can do is offer my sincere sympathy. Some people have cats; some people have furbabies. Lola =^..^= |
